Creative Process

The project may include photo selection, compositing, image retouching, typography research, graphic design, color grading, and final format adaptations, depending on the needs of the concept.

Files to Provide

Please provide:

High-resolution photographs
Several poses and angles whenever possible
Logos and sponsor assets
Confirmed names, dates, locations, and event information
Visual references or preferences, when available

Original camera files are preferred. Screenshots, blurry images, compressed social media pictures, or heavily filtered photographs may reduce the final quality.

Revisions

The package includes 2 revision rounds for reasonable adjustments to the selected concept.

Major changes to the initial direction, replacement of the main photographs after production has started, or the creation of a completely new concept may require an additional fee.
