REFUND POLICY

At Saiyans, every order is created and handled with care. This Refund Policy explains when a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund may be requested.

This policy applies to purchases made through saiyans.shop. Custom creative services are also subject to our separate Custom Design Terms.

1. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery if your order:

  • Arrives damaged;
  • Contains a manufacturing defect;
  • Has been misprinted;
  • Is materially different from the product ordered;
  • Contains the wrong product, colour, or size.

Send your request to [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the full product;
  • Close-up photographs of the defect;
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

2. Returns for standard physical products

For eligible, non-personalized physical products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused;
  • Unwashed;
  • Free from marks, odours, hair, or damage;
  • In its original condition;
  • Returned with any original tags and packaging;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

A return must be approved before it is sent. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return shipping costs

When a return is requested because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, entered incorrect information, or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Saiyans is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees are not normally refundable unless:

  • The product was defective;
  • The wrong product was sent;
  • The full order is cancelled under a mandatory legal right;
  • Applicable law requires the shipping fees to be refunded.

4. Size-related returns

Customers are responsible for checking the product description and size guide before ordering.

If you selected the wrong size, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. An eligible unused product may be returned in accordance with this policy.

We may not be able to offer a direct exchange because many Saiyans products are individually produced after an order is placed. In that case, you will need to return the eligible product and place a new order in the desired size.

5. Non-returnable products

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we cannot accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds for:

  • Products personalized with a name, photograph, logo, number, message, or customer-specific design;
  • Products manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications;
  • Approved custom artwork or commissioned creative work;
  • Downloadable digital files;
  • Gift cards;
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
  • Products returned after the applicable return period;
  • Products showing signs of use that prevent them from being resold.

A product is not considered personalized solely because it was produced after the order was placed. Mandatory consumer rights for eligible standard products remain applicable.

6. Custom designs and digital services

Custom designs, fight posters, fighter branding, campaign artwork, apparel graphics, motion design, and other commissioned services are governed by our Custom Design Terms.

Once creative work has started, the part of the service already performed is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Once a final digital file has been delivered or downloaded, a change-of-mind refund is not normally available where the customer expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of any applicable withdrawal right.

This does not affect your rights where the delivered service or file is defective or does not materially match the agreed order.

7. Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a physical product order.

Because products may enter production shortly after payment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

If production has not started, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Non-recoverable transaction fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

If production has already started, the order may no longer be cancellable, particularly where it is personalized or manufactured according to your specifications.

8. Refund processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Saiyans cannot control processing times imposed by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers.

9. Refused, unclaimed and incorrectly addressed packages

Refunds are not guaranteed when a package is:

  • Refused by the customer;
  • Not collected from a collection point;
  • Returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied;
  • Returned because the customer failed to respond to a carrier;
  • Returned because customs duties or import charges were not paid.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the order may be charged to the customer.

10. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any legal guarantee, withdrawal right, conformity right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Where local law provides you with greater protection than this policy, the mandatory local law will apply.

Do not send a return directly to the address shown on the parcel or to a manufacturing facility without receiving return instructions from us.
