The exact features, deliverables, formats, turnaround time, usage rights, revision allowance, and price applicable to an order are those displayed on the relevant product or service page at the time the order is placed.

Physical printing and shipping are not included with a digital creative service unless expressly stated on the relevant product page or written quotation.

5. Product information

  • Creative portfolio examples do not guarantee that a future project will use the same composition, style, effects, or production process.

Such minor variations will not be considered defects where the product or service otherwise conforms to its description and applicable law.

6. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices include taxes where stated. Shipping fees, payment-related costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be calculated separately at checkout or charged by the destination country.

8. Payments

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

For custom creative services, production will not begin until:

  1. Full payment or the agreed deposit has been received;

  2. The creative brief has been completed;

  3. All required photographs, logos, texts, names, dates, sponsor assets, and event information have been received;

  4. The project direction and required information have been sufficiently confirmed.

Additional services, deliverables, revisions, licensing rights, or changes outside the original scope may require additional payment.

9. Custom creative services

9.1 Creative process

Depending on the project, the creative process may include:

  • Art direction;

  • Photo selection;

  • Image compositing;

  • Retouching;

  • Typography;

  • Graphic design;

  • Colour grading;

  • Illustration;

  • Format adaptations;

  • Motion design;

  • Preparation of final digital files.

Saiyans retains creative discretion regarding the production methods used to achieve the agreed result.

9.2 Customer materials

You must provide all required materials in the requested quality and format.

Original, high-resolution photographs and files are strongly recommended. Screenshots, compressed social-media images, blurred photographs, heavily filtered images, low-resolution logos, or incomplete information may reduce the quality of the final result.

We are not responsible for quality limitations caused by materials supplied by you.

9.3 Customer warranties

By submitting photographs, logos, names, trademarks, sponsor assets, videos, music, texts, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You own them or have permission to use them;

  • You have obtained all required permissions from photographers, athletes, models, sponsors, organizations, trademark owners, and other rights holders;

  • Their use will not infringe copyright, trademark rights, image rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other third-party rights;

  • The information supplied is accurate and lawful.

You remain responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized or unlawful materials supplied by you.

9.4 Turnaround times

Standard turnaround times are estimates and begin only after payment and receipt of all required and confirmed materials.

Where a product page states a turnaround of approximately 7–10 business days, this period begins after the complete project materials have been received.

For priority production, including a 48-hour service, the countdown begins only after payment and receipt of all required photographs, logos, texts, and confirmed information. Priority production remains subject to availability.

Turnaround times may be extended because of:

  • Late or incomplete materials;

  • Delayed customer feedback;

  • Replacement of approved photographs;

  • Changes to names, dates, sponsors, event details, or project direction;

  • Additional revision requests;

  • Force majeure or events outside our reasonable control.

9.5 Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, the custom fight poster package includes two revision rounds.

A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable feedback submitted by the customer after receiving a project version.

Included revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the selected creative direction, such as:

  • Text corrections;

  • Minor colour adjustments;

  • Reasonable layout refinements;

  • Small
