Thank you for shopping with Saiyans.
This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders placed through saiyans.shop are produced, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Most Saiyans products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Production time and shipping time are therefore calculated separately.
1. Order Processing and Production
Most physical products available on Saiyans.shop are produced on demand through our production and fulfilment partners.
Production may include:
- Printing or embroidery;
- Product preparation;
- Quality control;
- Packaging;
- Preparation for dispatch.
The average production time is approximately 2–5 business days. Production estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the product, printing method, order volume, production facility, and time of year.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Your order may take longer to produce during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, high-demand periods, or when an order requires additional quality control.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery date displayed during checkout or in your order confirmation is the most relevant estimate for your destination, selected product, and shipping method.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping time may vary depending on:
- The destination country;
- The fulfilment facility;
- The selected shipping method;
- Customs processing;
- Local carrier operations;
- Public holidays;
- Weather conditions;
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may depend on:
- Your delivery destination;
- The products ordered;
- The number of products;
- Package dimensions and weight;
- The available shipping method.
Printful shipping rates can vary depending on the product, order size, and destination.
Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions displayed on Saiyans.shop at the time of purchase.
4. International Shipping
Saiyans may ship to international destinations where fulfilment and carrier services are available.
Products may be manufactured and dispatched from different facilities depending on your location, product availability, and production capacity.
Customers cannot select the production or fulfilment facility.
International orders may require additional time because of customs inspections, local postal services, or import procedures.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties;
- Customs taxes;
- Local sales taxes;
- Handling fees;
- Brokerage fees;
- Other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.
Saiyans cannot predict or control the amount charged by customs authorities.
Refusing or failing to collect a package because of customs charges does not automatically create a right to a refund.
6. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email after your package has been dispatched.
The email may contain:
- Your tracking number;
- A link to the carrier’s tracking page;
- The estimated delivery date;
- Information about the shipping carrier.
Tracking information may require some time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
International packages may be transferred from one carrier to another. The tracking information may therefore change or temporarily stop updating while the package is transferred to a local carrier.
7. Split Shipments
An order containing several products may be divided into separate packages.
This can happen when:
- Products are made at different fulfilment facilities;
- Different production methods are required;
- Some products become available before others;
- Separate packaging is required.
Packages from the same order may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because Saiyans or its fulfilment partner divides your order into multiple shipments, unless clearly stated before purchase.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before submitting your order, please verify:
- The recipient’s full name;
- House or building number;
- Street name;
- Apartment, floor, or unit number;
- Postal code;
- City;
- State or region;
- Country;
- Telephone number.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address.
We may be able to update the address while the order is still being processed. Once an order has been marked as shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed through the fulfilment system.
If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping or reproducing the order.
Saiyans is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier disruptions;
- Customs inspections;
- Public holidays;
- Severe weather;
- Strikes;
- Natural disasters;
- Local delivery restrictions;
- International conflicts;
- High seasonal shipping volumes;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Incorrect address information.
A package arriving after the estimated delivery date is not automatically considered lost.
If your package is delayed, check the tracking information and contact the local carrier before contacting Saiyans.
10. Lost Packages
Contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] if your package has not arrived and tracking has not updated for an extended period.
Include:
- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- Your tracking number;
- Your delivery address;
- A description of the issue.
Potentially lost packages must be reported to us within 30 days following the estimated delivery date so that we can submit a claim to the fulfilment partner or carrier. Printful currently applies this 30-day reporting period for lost-in-transit orders.
If the carrier or fulfilment partner confirms that the package was lost in transit, we may offer:
- A replacement;
- A reshipment;
- Store credit;
- A refund.
The available solution will depend on the circumstances and the outcome of the carrier investigation.
11. Packages Marked as Delivered
When tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Confirm that the shipping address is correct;
- Check your mailbox and any safe delivery areas;
- Ask other residents or members of your household;
- Check with your building reception or security;
- Ask neighbours whether they accepted the package;
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
Contact us after completing these checks.
A carrier’s confirmation that the package was delivered may limit the remedies available. Printful does not automatically cover a replacement when tracking confirms delivery, although a claim may still be submitted directly to the carrier.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
12. Failed Delivery Attempts
The carrier may return a package if:
- The recipient was unavailable;
- Several delivery attempts failed;
- The package was not collected from a pickup location;
- The delivery address was incomplete;
- The recipient refused the package;
- Customs duties or import charges were not paid.
If the package is returned for a reason caused by the customer, additional production or shipping fees may apply before the order can be sent again.
Unclaimed or incorrectly addressed packages may require payment of a new shipping fee before reshipment.
13. Damaged Packages
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us if the product or package arrives visibly damaged. Please provide:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the complete product;
- Close-up photographs of the damage;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- A photograph of the shipping label.
Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
14. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Because products may enter production shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.
Once production has started, changes to the product, size, colour, design, or shipping details may no longer be possible.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
15. Digital Products and Creative Services
Digital products and creative services do not require physical shipping.
This includes:
- Custom fight posters;
- Fighter branding files;
- Apparel graphics;
- Digital illustrations;
- Social media visuals;
- Motion-design files;
- Other digital creative deliverables.
Digital files may be delivered through:
- Email;
- A secure download link;
- Cloud storage;
- A file-transfer service;
- Another delivery method agreed with the client.
Delivery times for custom creative services are governed by the relevant product description, quotation, and our Custom Design Terms.
16. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Where the consumer-protection laws applicable in your country provide greater rights, those mandatory rights will continue to apply.
